# Ban Animations
Ban animations are animations that are configured to run an animation followed by a set command after a defined time.\
\
Syntax for the command would look like
> /animcore ban \[user] \[animation]
You would then be prompted to enter a second input, which would be the command that would ban the player. Make sure **NOT** to place the "/" at the start of the text.
> ban \[user] \[length] \[reason]
After this input has been entered, the animation will commence.\
The delay between the start and the command run is determined by the "duration" value in the bans.yml regarding the \[animation] you selected.
